These are guidelines that apply to the services of ONEJAPAN (hereinafter referred to as "oneJapan").

About the service

The services provided by One Japan are not commissioned by OneEcosystem. One Japan is a voluntary gathering of OneEcosystem's IMAs (Independent Marketing Associates, Japanese and independent marketing associates) to provide information that is of interest to IMAs for free and for a fee. Free or We offer paid support. ^{[Note] Due to IMA being slandered and threatened based on information provided openly and for free, without understanding the purpose of ONEJAPAN, we have closed the dedicated site that accepted free questions as of January 2024 and have restricted free information provision. About the use of the service

Users may use the content provided by One Japan beyond the scope of personal use (including acts such as duplication, transmission, reprinting, and modification). and shall not allow a third party to use it. If the user intends to use this content for commercial purposes, the user must obtain the prior written consent of the Company and the right holder of this content.
All of the content provided by One Japan can only be used by the registrant. In order to protect privacy, support can only be provided for accounts in the name of the registrant, and individual support is provided from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays in principle. The scope of support varies depending on the membership category.
You understand and acknowledge that this website contains both content produced by or for oneJapan and content provided by third parties. For details on the use of the content, please refer to "Article 5 (Handling of Contents)" of the Terms of Use.

Prerequisites for providing support related to OneEcosystem

One Japan support is provided under the following premises.

• OneEcosystem's IMAs always have referrals. As a general rule, support should be requested directly from the company at OneEcosystem's help desk. If you are unable to communicate in English, you will seek support from your referrer.
• If, for any reason, you are unable to contact the Referrer or do not have a reliable Referrer, you shall follow your own upline and get support from the referrer.
• If you are having trouble with any of the above methods, please feel free to contact One Japan for support.
• Support is provided by membership tier. Please check the membership categories and types of support below.

Membership Categories and Membership Fees

In order to use One Japan's services, you need to become a member. It is available in one of the following membership categories:

• Free membership (Membership fee: free)
• Bronze Supporter (Free Initial Registration) | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 500 yen including tax)
• Silver Supporter (Initial registration fee free | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 1980 yen including tax)
• Gold Supporter (Free Initial Registration) | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 4500 yen including tax)
• Platinum Supporter (Free Initial Registration) | Membership fee: 1 unit per month / 9800 yen including tax)

Temporary Suspension of New Registrations

As of January 13, 2026, with the start of DSP Stage 3, we have decided to end new registrations, purely at our discretion, so as not to affect the support for everyone who has been supporting us as paid supporters.

About plan change and withdrawal

You can change your plan or cancel your membership by yourself from the "Subscription" screen in "My Account".

If you choose to withdraw, You cannot rejoin for one year from the date of withdrawal 。 In principle, a fee will be charged for the re-enrollment procedure. Re-enrollment Fee is equivalent to one month's membership fee for a Platinum Supporter member.
