HOEKOM, Hoekom?

Sometimes I wonder why. And there are moments like this weekend, four days in Ecuador. It helps to understand the "why," and it's also for me to be honest with you. We are human. So we get tired. But really, no matter how tired you are, no matter how much you fight, no matter how much you gossip, no matter the situation, hold on to the "why" big. Connect that why to your dreams.

That's because it makes you understand that the brand is bigger than me and you. Because, at the end of the day, the success of the brand impacts millions, if not billions. My friend, we have to fight... we have to fight for this project. Because this project deserves our best. What this project offers deserves to succeed.

The more training and talks I give about what One Ecosystem is and the impact it has, the clearer the answers become. The more you understand why we have to keep moving forward, the clearer it becomes. I strongly recommend that you give your all to nurturing new leadership, and more importantly, bringing in new educated miners, new people.

Because success is measured by numbers. The more numbers we have, the stronger we become, the more our value is secured, and the more famous our brand becomes. Understand the importance of becoming famous!!

My friend, I love you. I thank you. And I suggest that you give your all to the development of the brand. Forget and ignore the noise that pulls you down. Whatever the problem, whatever the system, overcome it and stand at the top. Stand above to be the best person you deserve to be.
